Trader's Depot

Pricing Schedule Details

Booths will include at least one side and back pegboard partition supplied by Traders Depot. A ONE TIME fee of $50 covers the cost of setting up and maintaining these uniform partitions. Vendors agree to be governed by Space Rental Agreement terms and conditions.

Display case space will be locked with access by Trader Depot personnel at customer request.

Traders Depot personnel will transact all sales not conducted by Vendor in his/her booth. Sales brought to the Traders Depot counter will be credited to vendor as a wholesale transaction and then sold to the customer as a retail transaction. Traders Depot will collect sales tax and remit under its Tax ID number.

Traders Depot will also provide space on its web site to help Vendor promotion and sales. Up to five (5) items may be shown on the web site from each Vendor. Vendors with multiple booths may be provided additional exposure. Inquires or sales through the web site will be processed by Traders Depot personnel.

Multiple Booth Pricing and Long Term Agreements
We encourage Vendors to take more than one booth space. Each additional Booth space will be at a 20% discount from the first space through five booths. Over five booths we will negotiate the price accordingly. Thus the first booth would be $200 per month, the second, third, fourth and fifth would be at $160 per month each.

Our standard Rental Agreement is a month to month Agreement. For Vendors entering into longer term agreements (6-12 months) we will guarantee their rental rate without change during the term of the Agreement. Vendors signing for longer term agreements will have first choice among available booth locations.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
There are charges above the basic booth rental for additional services provided. These include:

REFERRAL CREDITS
We will grant a one week rent credit to any Vendor who refers a new Vendor to us that takes a booth.

Auctions
Traders Depot will be conducting auctions within the store. Initially we will have regular retail auctions open to the general public on Thursdays in the evening. These are designed to draw attention and activity to the store for the vendors benefit. Retail auctions may be a mixed bag of items including estates, lots supplied by the public or our vendors.

Vendors wishing to dispose of stale inventory through the auction will incur a fee of 15% (Plus up to 4% if paid by credit card) Lots supplied by outside parties carry an auction fee of 25%

A one dollar fee will be added to each line item sold

It is our intent to seek out sources for close-out, liquidation and bulk lots of goods and to offer these at auctions strictly limited to our vendors. This will allow vendors to access goods cheaply that they can sell at retail from their booths
